So it appears that Garrett may have had both school lunch and the lunch box lunch. There was no note from the teacher, but he says that he had a "tray" lunch, and half the food from the lunch box is still there.
Cami tried out for the student council. There's one rep and one alternate from each 3rd grade class. There were five kids in her class that tried for it. They each had to write a paragraph telling why they would be good for student council. The teacher read each one to the class without telling them who wrote it, then they voted for the one they liked best. Unfortunately, Cami didn't get voted in. She was sad when she got home, but is all right. She has so much to look forward to this weekend with her baptism, and Granny and Papa and Uncle Bet coming for it too.
Seighan is adjusting really well to full-time school. It's as though she's always been there. She's singing songs and is just happy as can be. She loves kindergarten and all her new friends!

I was waiting to hear what he decided to eat. :) funny how it works out... he gets the best of both lunches. I am sorry Cami didn't get voted in, she should have. She would make a good leader. The other students just don't know it yet!
