The Stage Deli came highly recommended by Ben's foot surgeon. He grew up in New York City. He wrote it down for us, "Stage Deli, pastrami on rye with mustard, Dr. Brown's black cherry soda." oh and get the cheesecake! He said the Stage Deli gives you the whole New York experience right down to the waitress asking, "Whaddaya WANT???" Our waitress wasn't quite that harsh, but after telling her about our doctor's recommendation to come here, she asked, "If he grew up in New York, what the hell is he doing in Texas?" We just laughed and laughed over that. I guess New Yorkers are just that way. But the food was good and the sandwiches were piled high! The pic of Ben's pastrami was blurred. I got the turkey sandwich. The soda was delicious. Ben was sad not to find it again anywhere. The cheesecake was to die for, and the slice was huge! Enough for both of us and probably two more people! What a great place!

Saint Patrick's Cathedral. We didn't go inside, but read that it seats over 2,500 people! That would have been amazing to go inside and look around!
