It's Memorial Day again

Every Memorial Day, I take the kids to a local cemetery to put flowers on the graves. We have no family buried here in Texas. It's interesting every year to see what draws their attention about the graves.

Garrett liked the graves with large lettering printed on them. He mumbled sounds as he acted like he was reading the names, then said "boop!" as he placed a flower on the headstone.

Cami was looking at birth and death dates trying to locate young children or babies who were buried here. She also liked finding the graves of soldiers.

Seighan went to graves with flags on them. Most of those were soldiers.
